I'd never been invited to a mix-and-match party before, but in my mailbox that day was a pink envelope containing a very interesting invitation.
"Come to a dressup party!" it said. "Dress as a member of the opposite gender if you dare!"
Well, I said to myself, at last I have a genuine excuse to go out and have fun as a girl. I had been dressing in private for as long as I can remember, but I've never had the courage to go out en femme. I had felt such admiration and envy when I read all those posts on Tranny Radio from girls who had been out to clubs and balls, dressed to the nines and passing without a blush.
And the best part was that I could now swan into my local op shop and tell the lady that I had to try and buy an outfit for a party without embarrassment!
"Why not do this properly?" I thought. So I booked myself into a ritzy hotel for a night, and packed all my favourite femme clothes.
The hotel people were very kind, and I found myself in a lovely room with a big spa bath and lots of mirrors.

Wow clare, i think a lot of girls on here could only dream of that!!!
