Hi Christinna
Interesting sites, have you tried Sandlers shoes locally, they cater for wider and larger feet, are most helpful and reasonably priced.
cheers Lace |

I have been buying shoes from shoebuy.com in the U.S for yonks.
They have a hugh range of shoes, styles, widths and larger sizes...Remember, U.S sizes are calculated two sizes larger than ours, if in doubt, ask them, they will respond to your questions moments after you ask them, they are really helpful and non judgmental indeed.
Payment through Paypal is safe and delivery is fast, I have never had a problem with them at all.
But, beware, once you start looking through the site, be prepaired for a few hours window shopping, what is on offer is hugh and an afternoon is soon gone looking..ha, ha |

HI Girls,
I have had a lot of success buying from Sole Searching.
http://www.solesearching.com.au/home.html
Not a huge range but beautiful leather shoes that don't cost the earth.
Give Jacqueline a call and tell her Sue sent you. |

| I get mine from either Electrique Boutique or Suddenly Fem, both are prompt and the shoes are good value. I'd recommend both. |

hi lauren
the usa is one of the biggest retail markets in the world, so if variety is what you are after, that's the place to go. and one of the biggest shoe retailers in the usa happens to be amazon.com
if you visit their site, you can do a search on kitten heel, size 10 and width c/d and although the range is not that great, at least you have a choice. i did a search on that criteria and got only 11 pairs in the result. better than nothing, and saves a lot of walking.
sure there is there issue of buying on line and not knowing if the sizing is correct, but i think given the price (range of usd42 - usd110), you can experiment a little, or check out a similar shoe in that brand and range in a local brick and mortar shop to get a rough idea about sizing.
of course, even better is to go the usa. there is a chain of stores called ross for less, and they have size 10s all over the place, and there are many stores, and they are highly affordable (i have purchased multiple pairs of ralph lauren pumps and mules there for a fraction of the usual retail price).
happy hunting! |

Hi Lauren.
Yes Virginia is right. There is a great selection of footwear available in the states. I have found that generally I have to add 1 size for US shoes. i.e. I take an Aussie mens 7 which is normally an Aussie ladies 8 and a US ladies 9. (Lucky arn't I )
Ross for less is a fantastic outlet for cheap womens clothing and footwear in the States. They are everywhere, a bit like Best and Less in locations and pricing but with modern fashion clothes and shoes. To find locations go to Google maps and punch in Ross for Less.
Just be ready for the funny looks if you get a bag search on the way back through customs!!!
Cheers,
Fay |
