Herbal breast enlargement

I have been taking a herbal preparation called Iso Fem for a couple of years. It was recomended by my GP for prostate problems I now more or less fill an A cup. It helps with the prostate problems too but I appreciate the side (front Smile

) effects more

I have done some investigation into breast and hormonal creams.
In general there is no such thing as a genuine breast enhancement cream. Claims that some of the advertised creams create larger breasts are medically unsubstantiated. Any increase in breast size comes from the massaging one does when applying the cream. You can achieve the same slight increase using an inexpensive massage oil.
Hormonal cream is still a prescribed product and as such you must see a TG friendly doctor. There are gay friendly clinics around that will support you in this request.
You can obtain a natural hormone cream but this is very low dose and quite expensive. It will have an effect on the breasts in two ways. There is the aforementioned massaging of the breast area and the osmosis effect of the hormone. But remember it is very low dose. Don't expect a big increase in breast size. The one I have used is Pro YAM 2000 from health food stores. It has given me very moderate results, but still an increase. But l repeat don't expext 'dolly parton's'
I would find a TG friendly clinic and get on to hormones that way.

their reply was it would work,but i would need to take horemone capsule

has anybody tried the herbal menopause preparations.

I have taken a list of ingrediences of one of the herbal breast growth products and I am looking aroung comparing the two but I have not tried anything.

Does anybody have any experiences using these products, some of which are available in Coles & Woolies.

The hops in beer contain phytoestrogens and are thought to be quite active.

These effect the menstral periods of female hop pickers and are even thought to give men gynecomastia.

maybe hops are worth a try Very Happy

The best way seems to be absorbsion through the skin.

So off to the home brewing shop for some hop extract and rub it in on the skin.

By the way
Two herbs that are know to cause gynecomastia are red clover(more likely) and black cohosh are in two of the menopause preparations available of the shelf.

Promensil -redclover

I have just started making a tea from red clover, fennel and fenugreek with a daily black cohosh capsule. We will see if this has any effect in the next few months.

Coffee, Beer, Sunflower Seeds, Red Clover Tea, Camomille Tea.
Sunflower seeds, Pomegranate, Licorice, Red Clover, Yucca, Hops (Beer) and Motherwort, Bloodroot, Ocotillo, Mandrake, Oregano, Damiana, Pennyroyal, Verbenna, Nutmeg, Tumeric, Yucca, Thyme, Calamus rt., Red Clover, Goldenseal, Licorice, Mistletoe, Cumin, Fennel, Camomille, Cloves, Queen Anne's lace (wild carrot), Fennel, Alfalfa Sprouts.

I have been taking Estro-Glan for 6 months, it is a synthetic hormone and herbal product that has produced great results and no side effects. It is sent to here from the states as a dietary product. Have also heard about the hops theory, there is some information on the net if you do a search. Cool

The ingredients of Estro Glan are supposedly:
Each tablet contains: 300mg of raw ovary, 50mg of mammary glan, 20mg raw pituitary, 25mg of raw uterus, 20 mg of raw adrenal, 25mg of goldenseal, 50mg saw palmetto, 25mg gentian, 25mg cayenne, 15mg, kelp, 375mg octacosanol.

Sounds a bit like it contains real animal extracts and not synthetic. The scare about mad cow disease alerted us to the risks involved in taking raw animal extracts - but that hasn't stopped these products being puit on sale in the states.

Take too many of these tablets and you may end up like George Bush and not Madonna.

I got this from the "Flat to Fem" breat enlargement program.
The list below is meant for a 1 month treatment.

1. 100 red clover capsules: 350-375 mg. per capsule
(Be sure the capsules contain red clover “blossoms”
only.) 1 capsule 3x per day
2. 100 fenugreek capsules: 600-620 mg. per capsule, 2 capsules 3x per day
3. 100 saw palmetto capsules: 540-600 mg. per capsule, 2 capsules 3x per day
4. Liquid fenugreek extract: 1-2 ounces, mix in moisturiser and apply once a day
5. Progesterone USP cream: 2-4 ounces apply to inner thighs and wrists once a day
6. IF YOU ARE OVER AGE 30: 100 GABA capsules:
500-750 mg. per capsule OR 100 grams powder, one capsule per day
7. 360 rotations of Chi Massage (breast area) 2x per day

Results suposedly show in about 3-4 weeks with an increase of around 2-3 cup sizes. Good resultsafter about 12 weeks depending on diet, etc.

This program is meant to set up and mimic the hormones of an adolesent girl during puberty.

I have tried grobust, hops, red clover, fenugreek and many others. I felt different but got little physical effects and no breast growth. A supplement called mirifem, made from an herb from Thialand was actually quite effectiive and gave me enlarged nipples in a short time. I then cut down my dose to a mantenace dose.

I am using the usual herbal products and after about six weeks I am finding a small amount of growth and a firming of the breasts, however the thing I have noticed is that my nipples have started to enlarge and have becme quite sensitive. Has anyone experienced the same. [/list]
