Yes I am Big Foot but comparing genetic females of the same height foot length is acceptable but there is also width. Although some of the sites may not have 16W's I have included these sites as they do cater for the larger foot. I was after some normal female shoes not just fetish.

Update if a US company will not send out of US then there is a intermediate that will give you a US address where US bound companies can send to and www.myus.com will forward the parcel to you. Yes there is membership and fees involved.
Also www.internationalcheckout.com I have just ordered a pair of shoes from zappos $77US went by Federal Express 10th Jan and delivered the 15th Jan. Total cost $154aAU inc exchange rates and no other membership fees
