Has anybody had any experience with Pueraria Mirifica?

Such as getting it.
Side effects/problems
effectiveness.

It does seem quite new but very interesting.

Vicki - I have used Pueraria Mirifica - it was the main ingredient in a breast enhancement pill I was taking several years back. It is hard to say whether it worked or not as it was part of a cocktail and I have and am still taking some of the other ingredients in that cocktail.

To answer your question it was not easy to find in Australia - I got mine from an ebay international seller and in hindsight the item could have been seized by customs because breast enlargement pill (I beleive) are prohibited in Australia.

There were no side effects and more importantly the pill worked. I was taking it at the time in conjunction with the application of a wild yam cream.

Today i take three of the main ingredients - Fenugreek (1000mg), Saw Palmetto (1600mg) and L-tyrosine (200mg). The LT is an amino acid that builds protein and stops moods swings - and as a bonus produces melanin which darkens the skin in the sun.

A herbalist set me up with the above recipe, which originally also contained black cohosh but she took me of this as I was becoming a total bitch (obviously I was producing too much oestrogen).

At the end of the day I can say that in the right body herbal cocktails do work. My boobs overflow a 12C cup. If you aspire to anything bigger I think HRT is probalby the only way to go (implants aside).

In addition to the herbs, I choose my bras very carefully and wear them as much as possible to encurage muscle development in the right areas.

Over the years I have also noticed a build up on my hips and bum.

Am happy to share my results with anyone on webcam.

Hi Vicki I have only just started on Pueraria Mirifica, Like Juleelibido , I bought them of an overseas seller , But mine got through , and yes they did have a OPENED BY CUSTOMS sticker on them , but they deemed them to be OK and arrived with no problems .. I have been taking them only for a week or so .

From memory I only paid about $25 including postage , for 3 bottles of 100. . I have been taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening , with absolutely no side effects as the research I conducted suggested.

Obviously in only a week or two any result if any are totally negligable. The research suggested some effect may be seen after only 6 to 12 weeks. ( Here's hoping LOL )

I take great interest in Juleelibido's results and it appears that the Pueraria Mirifica has given a positive growth particlarly with the combinations she has stated as prescribed by her herbalist , for me a 12 C would be ample , lol

I see your also in WA as I am, It would be nice to catch up one day . I endeavour to get up to the Chameleons when ever I can

They do seem to be having some effect > as mentioned on their instructions/ informaton, they would take up to 12 weeks to before you see any results . so so far so good , Not a massive increase but a small but noticeable enlargement . and no side efects .

I have also found some more information that I had to actually pay for on breast enlargement , but it does appear to have some good information on it , I also have some feed back on another product that the supplier says works better on males than genetic wome that I will be following up on .

Hi All I am a very excited lady at the moment, my shipment of Pueraria Mirifica arrived on my desk this morning (7 days since placing order). It too had been opened by customs with a little notice saying there were no problems with the contents and nothing was removed or opened. Very Happy

Well done . I had the same note, from customs in my parcel as did you and yes the excitement when they arrive , it was such a high .

I am now on my third bottle , and I am beinging to see / feel some enlargement in the breast area . filling my bras a little beter .along with a little tendrness at times .

The general shape seems to be changing a little as well .

My readings indicate , as to be expected , the capsules will have a varing effect on different people,

I did not get any spray with mine , but from memeory , I got mine from a different seller.

I am very interested to see how your progressing ,

It is very noticeable in a thread like this that a lot of people announce what they are going to try - but few report back with any measurements that would substantiate the claims being made by the herbal manufacturers.

I personally have tried over the years many of the herbal preparations - and have tried to be patient enough to give them a chance to have some effect. But the only thing I can report with certainty is that the herbs do increase your weight (about 9lbs in my case) - deposit fat round your body - and as a result increase your bust measurement (by a few cm).

I believe it is a medical fact that estrogen (not estrogen-precursors) is a necessary factor in growing breast tissue (as opposed to fat). Until there is evidence backed up by actual measurements otherwise I think it would be irresponsible to allow this forum to continue to shed false hope of breast growth based on herbal preparations.

Subsequent postings in this forum must therefore contain:
Measurements (over & below breast) and weight before treatment.
The same measurements after treatment.
The herbs taken.
The time period (presumably >6 months)
Any other factors that might affect result (for instance HRT!)

Postings that do not contain this information will be deleted to avoid misleading others.
