| was shopping for shoes in launceston and got the best ever service from a young lady at williams of the mall and of course she got a sale . she is very friendly and does not seem to mind getting boots out for us to try on she really went out of her way to make me feel welcome. |

| I also got great service from the lady at sandler in st john street she never change from the time i walked in till I left she just got me boots and checked the fit she made me feel at ease and never seemed to bother her a bit and i was in male mode so I think she is wonderful give her a try |
