Hi Girls,

Recently there was a link posted to the FFS Support Group and seeing as I am getting serious about transitioning, I thought I would apply to join and learn from their wealth of knowledge.

The processs is that you lodge an application, then have to follow up with an email giving your entire history within seven days of lodging the application. The email also has to come from the same email address that you used in your original application..

So I lodged my application and then withing 24 hours laid my soul bare at their feet in the hope that my application to join would be favourably considered.

The response I got was a surprise to say the least!! It simply read "Your request to join the ffs-support group was not approved. Your membership was automatically rejected because the moderator didn't approve it within 14 days. We do this to provide a high quality of service for our users."

High quality of service??? This girl is not happy - no wonder we have to fend for ourselves.

By the way, I'm still looking for a TG friendly GP in the Western Suburbs of Sydney (Penrith/Lower Blue Mountains area) if anyone can give me a name that would be great. I realise you can't give me a recommendation but if I can get a name then I'll do the rest. Any responses can be emailed to me directly at philippatylr@yahoo.com.au

Thanks heaps,

Philippa
