Girls,
This is a major event on the Calendar and TR wants as many T Girls and their friends, partners etc as possible to attend.
TR needs your support in staging events like this otherwise we might get discouraged and no longer try to think of future ones for all you lovely ladies out there to enjoy. Know what I mean ?
You wouldn't want that now would you !!!!!!!!!

Ok, I've followed instructions and dedicated my life to that weekend for the "Transfusion" Tranny Radio Ball.
Soooo..... does that mean I get priority seating now?

Oh Lucie - I laughed so hard when I read your post! Very funny serious type question!
As it so happens, I was looking at a charcoal coloured dress with silver beading in Myers last night. Kinda shortish with a low cut front and back. A little expensive for me, but still thinking about buying it.
Otherwise, I will colour match with you!

Good Evening!
A number of people have expressed concern over when the Imperial Hotel will re-open. The Imperial is, of course the venue for the trans-Fusion TR Christmas Party on Saturday 29th November’08.
When I first spoke to Shad Danesi, the owner of the Imperial, back in June’08 about booking the hotel for the party, the re-opening date was September’08. A pretty safe bet, I would have thought.
What I have read and heard in the last few weeks in various forums, the media and around town did get me somewhat worried. The scuttlebutt appears to be the hotel will not re-open until Shad gets Council approval for the numbers he wants. With the yet another Development Application on this just going in, this could take a little while!
So I rang Shad the other night to get some answers. I mean, if no go by the November’08 date, then we’d have to dust off Plan B – Opera House here we come!
He said, as he has done all along, that the DA for the numbers has never driven the opening. The numbers may affect the longer term business viability of the renovated hotel but it will not stop the opening. The hotel will re-open when the renovations are finished!
So when is that?
For sure it will not be September as the builders are running a little behind. Now looks like October’08. Sure the building doesn’t look good on the outside – I drive by regularly – but inside it is moving along with fit-out in progress and carpets being laid. Shad understands our concern and yes, there are the cynics out there. To allay our fears, he is offering an inspection of the new Imperial sometime in the next couple of weeks. Let me know if you are interested.
So full steam ahead for the trans-Fusion Party at the Imperial Hotel on Saturday 29th November’08! See you there!!

Great to read that you're giving trans-Fusion the highest priority in your life. Having seen you in action at the Ball and other events I would expect nothing less!
You not only get priority seating, you also get priority standing.
Bust seriously, rest assured we will look after you! (Oh dear how did she get talking about busts?)
Anyhow, now how about some more support from you other girls? So far ticket sales have been abysmal but promises have been plentiful! Usual stuff and I understand but this baby won't fly unless we ALL get on board.

Well I gave this Trannytix thing a go for the first time and bought a ticket so I'm in! This is going to be fun. Now, can I work out an outfit to match my hair colour? Hmmm, Boy George maybe????? For something different.

Thanks ladies!
Andrea, Lucie, Peta, Karen, Clare, Virginia and all you girls buying the early tickets for trans-Fusion.
Pioneering stuff but someone's got to do it!
Ticket sales are now starting to flow. A couple of volume sales (buy 9 get 1 free) have been allocated. trans-Fusion is on Facebook and generating strong interest. Other forums, organisations, states are being contacted to support this trans-national event!
So don't leave this to the last minute, the last day, the last week, or even the last month! Let's get behind this event and make it a wonderful occasion for our community!
Help make this a great trans fusion!
