CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. Transgendered
Membership of the site is restricted to Transgendered girls. You will be asked to state why you consider yourself to be transgendered as part of the application process. If you are looking to meet with transgendered girls, or you are sexually attracted to female underwear, this will NOT be considered as rendering you transgendered. If you misrepresent your interest in joining the site you understand that your membership will be subsequently terminated and any membership donation will not be refunded.

2. Web Site Content
While the administrators and moderators of this web site will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message, picture and posting. Therefore in applying to join this site, you acknowledge that all content both in web pages and emails expresses the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmistress (except for posts by these people) and hence you will not hold them liable for such content. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed).

3. Commercial Activities
TrannyRadio encourages the provision of services and products targeted at the Australian and new Zealand Transgender community. We aim to provide forums where such commercial activities can be recommended, evaluated and discussed. We do not intend the web site to be used for unsolicited advertising nor do we wish to discriminate between TG and non-TG owned businesses. Any unsolicited advertising in areas not specifically identified for that purpose will result in your membership being suspended.

4. Recording of your IP address
The IP address of all transactions is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this web site have the right to remove, edit or move any material at any time should they see fit.

5. Storage of information
As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

6. Sending of Email
In applying for membership you are giving your approval for us to send you emails. We will monitor the integrity of your email service in this way, and you will also receive messages from others through the web site. You undertake to ensure that you can read these messages, and where appropriate respond to them. If we consider that you are not reading your emails then we reserve the right to terminate your membership of the web site.

7. Membership Review
Application for membership of TrannyRadio is subject to review and approval by the Administrators, Webmistress and Moderators. Applications are welcomed from members of the Transgender community resident in Australia or New Zealand. As an applicant you accept the right of the administrator to restrict membership of the support group on the basis of geographic location and gender.

8. Adult Material
For legal reasons, membership of the website is not available to minors. Although you may be transgender from birth we are only able to provide membership services to adults. By applying for membership you are affirming that you are of legal age in your country to view adult oriented material.
